A Card Challenge...

Hope everyone is having a terrific Memorial Day! We gathered with family members yesterday to celebrate the holiday and I am poofed! I managed to finish a card I was working on for my sister in law. She will be graduating from college this summer and I made her a fun and colorful card. I tried to keep it simple but I couldn't resist from puting any flowers on it! I plan to enter The Play Date Cafe's challenge #133...this weeks colors were baby blue, denim, and cherry...

Precious Sweet Baby

Hi all!
  Hope everyone is having a good day so far! Since my last post, I've been a little busy. I managed to squeeze in some crafting time...lol! I created a layout of my baby girl. She looked so peaceful as she slept. When the photo was taken, she was about two weeks old. I love this paperline so much that I think I will purchase another one. It has lots of bright summery colors...

Easter 2011

Hello Everyone!
   I had a really nice relaxed weekend. I hope yours was the same! I finally got some old photos printed and made some layouts. I created a layout of my son from Easter last year...

 The papers are Recollections single sheets @ Michaels. I used Spellbinder's Labels Eight Die. I also used some epoxy stickers, bling, ribbon, embroidery floss, and a touch of green Studio G's glitter glue.

Just Us; Cuter than Most

Hello Everyone!
  Happy Saturday...Hope you all are having a great weekend! I kinda had a creative block after making my mother's day cards and mini albums...lol. A little trip to michael's and tuesday morning helped me to get that creative swing back going! I want to share some layouts I created of my family...

I used some Studio G tags. I also handmade the lace flower and the rossette flower...

Here is the second layout I created...

 I can't remember which paperline it's from. The flowers are from Petaloo, a Studio G stamp, Modern Romance "Floral Picks", and also handmade.

 I used brads and buttons from the dollar section at Michael's. I also used ribbon and twine.

Mini Album for my Mother...

Hello Everyone!
   Happy Tuesday...although it feels like it is Wednesday...lol! I just finished creating a mini album for my mother. This was a long but fun project. Because of household things to do, kids, and everything else...it took a month to create. So without further ado...

 These are really old pics that I think my mother forgotten I have...

 I used Basic Grey "Hopscotch" paperline...

 I used spellbinder's dies, handmade flowers, brads and buttons that were in my stash, and I fussy cut some cutouts. I also used martha stewart punches for my butterflies and some studio g stamps...

I'm overjoyed to share with you a layout I recently created. This is a newspaper clipping my mom entered into her local newspaper. A picture of my son receiving a bath...

The papers I used were Colorbak "Blue Skies" and Recollections Cardstock "Cool Water". I fussy cut some quotes from My Mind's Eye Lost & Found 2 "Breeze". I also handmade the flower. Hope you like!
